We invite you to participate in a hybrid webinar on the "Principles for Green Financing for Sustainable Real Estate, Infrastructure and Urban transformation". The webinar will take place on 19 March 2024, from 14:30 to 17:30 CET. It will be held in person at Room 307-2, H-Building, Palais des Nations in Geneva, and online.

This event is jointly organized by the UNECE Committee on Urban Development, Housing and Land Management (CUDHLM) and its Working Party on Land Administration (WPLA).

The discussion will revolve around the "Principles fro Green Financing for Sustainable Real Estate, Infrastructure and Urban Transformation Projects" (ECE/HBP/2023/3), endorsed by CUDHLM at its last session in Geneva (4-6 October 2023). These principles are intended to guide national, regional and local governments, as well as other stakeholders.

The webinar will provide an opportunity to explore how these principles can effectively facilitate green financing in real estate and infrastructure, thereby promoting economically viable and environmentally sustainable urban projects.
